What You'll Do BikesOnline is an Australian ecommerce business specialising in bicycles, parts and accessories. We’re looking for a Philippines-based Sales Agent to help customers choose the right products and turn genuine sales enquiries into purchases. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you’ll provide knowledgeable and responsive support across phone, live chat and email. You’ll take the time to understand each customer’s needs, recommend suitable bikes and accessories, explain the value of our products and offers, and confidently guide customers through their purchase.
