(or higher) in Mechanical Engineering Ability to foster a creative engineering environment Strong communication skills, (both written and verbal) Ability to work across a wide range of areas within the mechanical engineering discipline Ability and desire to obtain professional registration (EIT and PE) Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
