USD 22.45–37.69/hourly Overview We are seeking to fill the role of Escrow Support Specialist. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners. Responsibilities • Ensure escrow area functions for mortgage servicing portfolio loans are performed promptly and correctly, monitor reports, perform various area functions, etc.• Monitor escrow area vendors and activities closely through reviewing reports, including open items, interactions with staff, etc. • Issue accurate Dashboard/SLA reports promptly; ensure metrics
